Activities :

Stay4Holiday Partner will use its best efforts to (a) promote & market (b) identify for prospective Leads. In no event shall Stay4Holiday Partner engage in any marketing or promotional activity related to Stay4Holiday in any area.

Creative :

All Creative will be solely provided by Stay4Holiday alone except where agreed to by Stay4Holiday in writing in advance. Stay4Holiday will provide Stay4Holiday Partner with copies of or access to Creative. The Creative shall be accessible from Stay4Holiday Partner Program website. The Creative is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
