Spacious apartment (120 m2), modern and functional, located in Messina, in the Lidi di Mortelle beach area (very close to the suggestive Punta Capo Peloro and the fishing village of Torre Faro).

The apartment is completely and elegantly furnished and equipped and is ideal for seaside holidays in the name of tranquility and relaxation. It includes:

The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet building part of a holiday residence located about 300m from the sea, on the slopes of a hill (the building is located about 150m from the state road front and can be reached via an internal lane, which is uphill only for a very short stretch).

The reference beach is not very busy and reachable through a private access.

The large, particularly well-kept garden-terrace offers some view and very enjoyable outdoor spaces that include a shower and a fixed barbecue.

The following are available: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, gas oven, mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, water reserve and WI-FI line that also serves the exterior of the apartment.

Equipment:
The kitchen has glasses, dishes and cutlery.
In the bedrooms there are 2 changes of sheets for each bed.
A few changes of towels and some beach towels are also available.

Restrictions:
Sorry, pets are not admitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
