Centrally located apartment at Hamburger Hauptverkehrsstraße (Luruper Hauptstraße 40) with direct bus connection Metro Bus 2nd stop Tannenberg. About 10 minutes walk to the Barclaycard Arena and the Volksparkstadion and the Bahrenfelder harness racing track. The Volkspark with playgrounds and the Daliengarten are also just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 1 bedroom with 2 beds that can easily be pushed together, a TV with satellite channels and a wardrobe. The beds are made fresh upon arrival. For stays over 5 days, bed linen is changed.

1 living room with satellite TV, DVD player and music system. W-Lan included. The Coutsch is extendable and suitable for 2 more persons / children. On request, we also have a travel cot with extra mattress, high chair, buggy, carts, children’s cutlery and children’s dishes. The apartment is equipped with child-safe sockets.

The bathroom has a shower and a bath and a hairdryer. Towels are ready for you. The high quality kitchen has a gas stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and full cook and crockery. All rooms are equipped with shutters so that the rooms have an additional noise and light protection in the evening.

The spacious garden area has a seating area to relax and unwind, a fire pit with barbeque grill for grilling, a table tennis table to play and a private car park for your vehicle. For our little guests there is a sandpit with sand toys and a small slide (up to 4 years) in the garden.(Use garden area and table tennis only in good weather.

A selection of board games, books, DVD’s, times and crafts and children’s toys is also available and can be used free of charge.

This is a non smoking apartment. The outdoor area has a covered smoking area.
