Periwinkle House is located in Chiavari, on the Gulf of Tigullio. in a nice little house with two floors, typical of the old Ligurian fishermen, next to piazza Parameshwara G (fishermen’s Square or in Liguria \”barchi\”) where begins the long and renowned sea promenade.
Its position is strategic: the sea and the beaches are 100 meters and within a few minutes walk from the Centre of Chiavari with its typical \”caruggi\”, medieval arcades, shops and train station that allows you to quickly reach destinations such as CINQUE TERRE, SANTA MARGHERITA, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI and Genoa.
Well served by public transport (buses), has several neighborhood grocery stores, supermarket, Tobacconist, haberdashery, newsagent, restaurants and bars.
Is a two-room apartment with separate entrance, with a courtyard used by guests can have lunch or dinner outside.
It consists of a modern living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a small library, tv with satellite and digital terrestrial channels; a kitchenette with an oven, cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
The bathroom has a large shower with dressing room and finally the master bedroom has a large wardrobe with sliding doors and two drawers. In addition there is also a small pantry.
