VILLA NICOLE. PLAYA BLANCA.LANZAROTE

It is a detached house I’m o-o a 250 m2 garden plot and with a villa of 75 m2, with two bedrooms, with a double bed of 1.50 meters in one and two beds of 0, 90 in another, with fitted wardrobes in each room. We have another folding bed and a baby cot and highchair.

Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and bidet, laundry room, solarium, furnished terrace with stone barbecue, flat TV in living room and master bedroom via satellite Astra, and Spanish TDT. Air conditioning and heating in the living room and in both bedrooms.
Large community pool and tennis court.

Very quiet residential area 200 meters from the bus stop, about 3.5 km from the town of Playa Blanca. There is a mini market in the urbanization.
The sea is about 500 meters away and from the solarium we see the island of Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Service of keys in mini box with opening code. Staff that check-in, change of sheets and towels weekly.

There is a charge of € 60 for the cleaning and € 100 for the deposit to be returned upon check-out.

Payment of the stay is accepted by card, transfer or cash upon entry. Data from a credit / debit card are requested to guarantee advance bookings. Minimum stay of three nights.

We ask all customers for their passport or identity card, as well as their date of birth and date in which said document was taken in order to fill in the form to the local police of the traveler’s register and we also signed a small vacation rental contract.
